New Bandag Dealership in Turkey

(Clacton, U.K./Tyres & Accessories) Ulu Lastik Kaplama has become Turkey’s latest Bandag shop.

The Bandag retreads produced and delivered by Ulu Lastik Kaplama are designed to help fleets reduce their tyre budget while increasing vehicle uptime. Owner Halil Ulu and his sons Menderes Ulu have more than 15 years of experience in truck tyre servicing.

Ideally situated on the main road of Denizli, the tyre shop is within easy reach of the national road network and offers all tyre related services: wheel alignment, balancing, repair and fitting of truck and OTR tyres. The clear predominance of road transport and the retread ratio of 25% in the region convinced Halil Ulu and his sons to opt for the only retreading system that really cuts tyre operating costs.

The city of Denizli ranks among the main industrial areas in the country. The strength of its textile, mechanical engineering and food-processing activities results from a real symbiosis with the rural land all around, where cotton is grown on a large scale.

Ulu Lastik Kaplama also operates two service vans and a Bandag service truck ready to attend if a customer has a tyre failure on the road. No breakdown place is too far for the new Bandag Dealer. If a customer is in trouble outside the area, the Dealer relies on Uptime 24, an international breakdown platform that helps any driver, wherever in Europe he might be stranded because of a tyre failure.
