The plant is currently undergoing its fourth expansion, adding more than 1 million square feet to its current 2 million square feet of manufacturing and warehousing. TNA also plans to hire an additional 650 employees over the next year. Also named on the certificate is the Toyo Tires Technical Center in Itami City, Japan.
