Tennessee Dealers Set for Annual Convention

The Tennessee Tire Dealers Association will hold its annual convention on Aug. 12-13, at the Nashville Hilton Downtown in Nashville.

Tennessee Speaker of the House Beth Harwell, and state representatives Jimmy Matlock and Ryan Williams will kick off the convention with a legislative update on the small businesses.

Other educational programs offered during the convention will discuss bottom line profits, leveraging the Internet, and making customer service part of a dealer’s brand.

“This is a once a year opportunity for tire dealer and suppliers from Tennessee to network and share their experiences, and for them to gain exposure to new ideas, techniques and information,” said Christy Marino of the TTDA.

Special events include a golf tournament at Hermitage Golf Course, a welcome reception at Rippy’s Smokin’ Bar and Grill, the TTDA trade show, the annual Hall of Fame Banquet at the Nashville Hilton Downtown, and a post Hall of Fame Banquet Celebration at Tootsies World Famous Orchid Lounge.
