If they fail to reach 2,000 hours, Michelin will reimburse you the difference – a promise valid for two years from the date of purchase.”
Michelin says its XZM tyres provide high levels of traction combined with low rolling resistance and are suitable for fitment to almost all makes and model of forklift truck. In addition, the products are said to offer “significantly improved driver comfort,” resulting in “better load protection, reduced machine wear and fewer shocks being transmitted to the driver, which in turn helps to reduce fatigue and back pain.”
The performance and satisfaction guarantee is subject to the forklifts being operated in accordance with the manufacturer’s recommendations, with incidents such as faulty repairs, incorrectly fitting tyres or being used at too high a speed making the guarantee obsolete. The offer covers forklift trucks in good condition, where a complete axle set has been fitted in line with the Michelin technical documentation on inflation pressure and load capacity.
