Del-Nat Tire Corp. has added commercial truck tires to its exclusive Akuret line, elevating the brand to a complete family of commercial products.
"Being able to offer an entire family of private branded commercial tires exclusively to our dealers is certainly a huge step for Del-Nat," said Jim Mayfield, Del-Nat president. "The Akuret commercial product line now has the depth and breadth that Del-Nat has been striving for – allowing our stockholders to offer an exclusive and highly competitive private brand commercial product line."
The family of branded Akuret products now includes commercial truck tires, industrial tires, OTR tires, farm tires, skid steer tires, ST trailer tires and backhoe tires.
"As the year progresses, the Akuret commercial truck tire offering of tread designs and sizes will continue to expand," Mayfield added.
The tires will be manufactured by Qingdao Doublestar Industrial Co. of Qingdao, China, as part of a partnership between the two companies.
