ASA Upgrades Web Site, Launches New Product

ASA Tire Systems unveiled an all-new Web site and launched a new software product targeting independent vehicle repair shops.

The new Web site – www.asatire.com – was redone to make it more user focused, according to Wayne Croswell, president.

The site includes easy-to-use video demonstrations of ASA’s various software products, an overview of its software and non-software products and services, software support information, customer testimonials, downloadable product datasheets, and ROI calculators for all of its software products.

The video product demos walk users step-by-step through the highlights of ASA’s TreadX, Tiremaster and new AutoRepairMaster software suites, including key features.

AutoRepairMaster, said Croswell, delivers large company POS and backoffice software to smaller independent repair shops looking to improve their business results.

The AutoRepairMaster suite includes point-of-sale,inventory-management, and accounts-receivable tools, as well as generalledger, accounts-payable and customer-retention modules. TheWindows-based system can be customized to each business and withmodules for inventory management (including bar coding for items andbins), integration with Activant ShopCat for quotes and invoicing, andelectronic credit card processing, and integration with PenSoft PayrollPlus, allowing users to track wages, taxes, deductions and attendancein house.

Plus, said Croswell, AutoRepairShop includes complete marketing tools for shop owners, including tools to create customer reminder cards, thanks you notes, and mailers for special sales or promotions.
