Federal Recalls Couragia A/T Tires
Federal Corp. is recalling certain Couragia A/T tires in which excessive heat causes tread shoulder chunking. The affected 8,513 Couragia A/T tires are size P265/75R16 116S, with DOT Serial Numbers UX773210-UX770813. Federal will notify owners and will replace the tires free of charge. The recall is expected to begin at the end of April 2013.

Federal Tire Co. plans to introduce its new Himalaya ICEO winter tire at the upcoming Reifen Essen, June 5-8 in Essen, Germany.
