K&M Tire Plans to Acquire Kansas-Based Becker Tire & Treading
K&M Tire Inc. has signed a letter of intent with Becker Tire & Treading Inc. to acquire the Great Bend, Ka.-based tire dealer. The transaction is expected to take place by the end of February 2017.

K&M Tire Taking Larger Warehouse in Kansas
Delphos, Ohio-based K&M Tire is moving one of its Kansas warehouses to a larger facility. According to the Wichita Business Journal, Langhals Enterprises LLC, a holding company that includes K&M Tire, recently purchased a 77,720-square-foot warehouse in Park City, Kan. The tire wholesaler will be moving its current Wichita, Kan., warehouse to the larger facility.
K&M Tire Acquires Warehouses in Texas
Delphos, Ohio-based K&M Tire has purchased the Texas assets of Area Wholesale Tire. This includes three warehouses in Dallas, Houston and San Antonio. The purchase, effective Sept.15, will also include tire inventory, assets, and a customer list.
