TIA said it has completed the schedule for its 2010 OTR Conference, set for Feb. 17-20 at the Westin La Paloma Resort & Spa in Tucson, Ariz. The schedule is posted on TIA’s Web site – tireindustry.org. TIA also said that the deadline for registering for the conference is Jan. 18, 2010, and can be
