(Akron/Tire Review) U.S. District Judge Sarah Evans Barker dismissed a class-action lawsuit against Formula One, Michelin North America and the Indianapolis Motor Speedway filed by fans in response to the boycott of the U.S. Grand Prix by seven race teams last year.

The extension was granted Mar. 5, two days before a temporary waiver was set to expire, and expires Apr. 4.
