Yokohama Sponsors Porsche GT3 Cup Challenge Canada

Yokohama_PorscheYokohama has been named the official tire provider and presenting sponsor of the Ultra 94 Porsche GT3 Cup Challenge Canada, as part of the tiremaker’s partnership with the International Motor Sports Association (IMSA).

With the IMSA-Yokohama partnership, the tiremaker has served as the marketing and technical partner for the Porsche GT3 Cup Challenge USA since 2009.

Starting with the 2016 season, vehicles in the Porsche GT3 Cup Challenge series in both the U.S. and Canada will be fitted with Yokohama tires.

Yokohama will also supply the Canada series contingency awards such as the Yokohama Hard Charger Award, help develop a new driver hospitality area at selected events and run a print advertising campaign.
