Yokohama Makes Org Changes

Takao Oishi, Yokohama Tire Corp.’s president and CEO, announced several organizational changes, including Jim MacMaster being named to COO.

Along with being COO, MacMaster will retain his current title of executive vice president of the business division. According to Oishi, MacMaster will have day-to-day authority over all aspects of Yokohama’s business operations.

Oishi also announced that Jim Quinn was promoted from director of operations to vice president of operations. Several other changes in job scope and titles included: Dan King, from vice president of sales to vice president of sales and marketing; Mark Chung, from director of strategic marketing to director of corporate strategy and planning; and Jim Mayfield, from director of ADVAN to director of business development.

The organizational changes will take effect Jan. 1. (Tire Review/Akron)
