TIA will host a webinar with Federated Insurance on business practices and discipline. The webinar, titled Progressive Discipline: Proactive and Necessary Practices for Every Business, will take place Wednesday, Sept. 24 at 1 p.m. (EDT).
According to Federated, the webinar help identify and prevent problems before they begin, understand when and how to discipline employees, handle attendance issues, and know which factors that should be considered before and during termination.
The webinar will be conducted by Enquiron as part of the Federated Employment Practices Network.
