Virginia Tire Earns Fifth ASE Blue Seal

Fairfax, Va.-based Virginia Tire & Auto said that its Sterling, Va., location received Blue Seal of Excellence recognition from the National Institute for Automotive Service Excellence (ASE).

To qualify for Blue Seal of Excellence recognition, 75% of the auto service/repair facility’s technicians must be ASE-certified.
“We are honored our Sterling location achieved Blue Seal of Excellence Recognition,” said Julie Holmes, vice president of Virginia Tire & Auto, the 2011 winner of the Tire Review Top Shop Award. “This facility joins our Ashburn/Dulles, Centreville, Chantilly and Gainesville locations and will proudly display the Blue Seal of Excellence achievement.

“We strive to provide exceptional customer service at all our locations and as a result we have many customers who have relied on our technicians’ commitment to car care service for many years,” she said. “Our goal is to obtain ASE Blue Seal of Excellence Recognition at each of our 11 locations.”
Company-wide, Virginia Tire & Auto employees hold more than 270 individual ASE certifications.
