Fairfax, Va.-based Virginia Tire & Auto has opened its 12th facility in Northern Virginia. The new store, in the Broadlands community, is the company’s third location in Ashburn and the fifth shop in Loudoun County.
“We are thrilled to introduce the Broadlands community to our newest Virginia Tire & Auto location,” said Julie Holmes, vice president. “Our goal is to deliver exceptional customer service at all of our locations, providing every customer with an unbeatable experience. Our customers have relied on our technicians’ commitment to car care service at our other locations for many years; we know Broadlands customers will feel the same way about our facility and automotive professionals.”
Similar to the 11 other locations, Broadlands features: the ability to work on all domestic and foreign makes and models; ASE-Certified technicians; service with a nationwide warranty of 24,000 miles/24 months; thousands of tires in stock from leading brands; extended hours; free Wi-Fi in the waiting area; a kids’ play area; and towing and road-side emergency service.
“We are 100 percent invested in our customers, our employees, our facilities, and the latest automotive technologies, which we will showcase at the Broadlands facility,” said Larry Nagi, facility manager.
Virginia Tire & Auto was the winner of the 2011 Tire Review Top Shop Award.
