The Virginia Automotive Association is hosting its annual Convention and Trade Expo at the Williamsburg Lodge in historic Colonial Williamsburg, April 28-30.
Featured speakers at the event include:
– Audra Fordin, a fourth-generation shop owner and founder of “Women Auto Know” who will lead her session “Person to Person Advisor Program”
– Geoff Berman of the Automotive Training Institute, who will lead “Mastering Your Phone Skills”
– Keynote Speaker, Mike Scott, of Mike Scott and Associates, who will share his “Totally Accountable” message
The even will also host a panel discussion featuring its five under 40 leaders known as the “Next Generation Advisory Council,” as well as two Peer-to Peer Roundtables (one for owners and key managers and one for counter sales and service managers).
The “VAA Open” golf tournament will be held the morning of April 28, at The Golden Horseshoe. Additionally, special guests Thomas Jefferson and Patrick Henry will conduct a real 18th Century colonial debate at the banquet on April 29 followed by the Trade Expo and Reception that evening.
