USAF Buys Royal One Wholesale Biz, Marketing Group

Tire and parts distributor USAutoForce has bought out Royal Tire’s wholesale operations and its Tire One marketing group program.

The deal, which closed late last week, gave the Combined Locks, Wis.-based USAutoForce four tire distribution centers in St. Cloud, Grand Forks and Brainerd, Minn., and Sparta, Wis.

The Tire One program includes some 300 dealers. USAutoForce already is involved in a number of marketing groups and tiremaker affinity programs, including American Car Care Centers and Cooper Tire & Rubber Co.’s dealer program.

St. Cloud, Minn.-based Royal Tire will continue to operate its 17 commercial tire centers.
