Trident Expands Traxter Range of Solid Skid Steer Tires

Trident International Ltd. has expanded its Traxter range of solid skid steer tires to meet market demand.

The Indian company has created the R-4 nondirectional skid steer tire with a high damage resistance and an extra deep tread that provides three to five times the service life of pneumatic tires, the company says.

The tire features specially designed sidewall apertures for shock absorption and is supplied as a ready to fit tire and can fit wheel assemblies for easy replacement. It has a wide range of application-specific patterns for general construction, landscaping, recycling and scrap handling, demolition, waste handling and more. It is also offered in a wide range of sizes to replace equivalent pneumatics (18×8.50-8, 5.70-12, 23×8.50-12, 27×8.50-15, 27×10.5-15, 10-16.5, 31.5×13-16.5, 12-16.5, 33×15.5-16.5, 14-17.5).
