TRIB Seeks Board Nominees

(Akron/Tire Review) Four members have been nominated to replace outgoing members of TRIB’s board of directors.

The four, nominated at TRIB’s recent membership meeting in Washington, D.C., will stand for election.

In the meantime, TRIB is also seeking additional nominations from TRIB members. Outside nominations are due to TRIB no later than Apr. 14. The term of office for the TRIB board is three years, and board members must pay their own expenses to attend meetings.

On the ballot from TRIB’s nominating committee are Richard Brahler, Brahler’s Truckers Supply Inc.; Wayne Jackson, B-Line Tire & Auto Supply (Canada); Leigh Merino, Rubber Manufacturers Association; and Don Schauer, Bandag Inc.
