Toyo to Debut Custom Vehicles in SEMA Booth

Attendees at this year’s SEMA Show/Global Tire Expo will not only be able to view four unique vehicles in the Toyo Tires booth, they also have the chance to win one of them.

Making its debut at SEMA is the Toyo Tires Ultimate Ride Sweepstakes custom Dodge Durango. The 2011 Mineral Gray Metallic Dodge Durango Heat Edition 4×4 is outfitted with a set of Toyo Proxes ST II high performance tires wrapped around 22-inch Savini Forged SV28c wheels. Other custom features include a Magnaflow exhaust system; upgraded Alpine Audio entertainment system installed by Mega Motorsports; black leather interior with blue stitching crafted by Roadwire; and T-REX four piece flat black mesh grill fitted with the UFC logo.

Running through Jan. 2, 2012, the Ultimate Ride Sweepstakes will award one winner a set of Toyo tires each week while one person will drive away with the Grand Prize Dodge Durango. Show attendees can enter to win by scanning a QR code at the Toyo Tires booth or going online to toyotires.com/sweepstakes.

Also making its debut is a customized 2011 Ford F-150 Raptor by Street Concepts. Featuring a “Snow Camo” vehicle wrap designed by Street Concepts, the Raptor is equipped with 20-inch Toyo Open Country M/T tires wrapped around 20 X 9-inch matte black Fuel Boost wheels. The truck features an Icon Vehicle Dynamics suspension, Brembo brakes, updated bumpers and lighting, a full Kenwood sound system and a carbon fiber wrapped interior with black Alcantara by Street Concepts.

Debuting in the luxury performance car segment will be Wald F10 Black Bison – a tuned 2011 BMW 5 Series by Wald International of Japan. Offered through Jonari Corp. of Burlingame, Calif., the car is fitted with staggered 20-inch Toyo Proxes T1 Sport UHP summer tires, 245/35ZR20 in the front and 285/30ZR20 in the rear. The car also features Wald’s front bumper with daytime running LEDs, side skirts, rear bumper, trunk spoiler, roof wing, sport exhaust, and a Wald lowering kit.

The Toyo Tires booth will also feature a fourth vehicle yet to be announced.

“This year, the Toyo Tires booth will be the platform for several vehicle debuts including our very own custom Dodge Durango featured in the Ultimate Ride Sweepstakes,” said Amy Coleman, senior director of marketing, Toyo Tire U.S.A. Corp. “These vehicles provide a great representation of the lifestyles which are driven by premium Toyo Tires products.”
