The blockbuster movie, “The Fast and The Furious,” and its sequel, “2 Fast 2 Furious,” created a new awareness of the automotive aftermarket, according to Toyo.
Rides in both movies were fitted with Toyo Proxes ultra-high performance tires, and the same tires will make an appearance again in the third sequel, set in the underground world of Japanese drift racing.
Toyo is partnering with Universal Pictures on promotional activities. Directed by Justin Lin and written by Chris Morgan, the movie is slated for release on June 16.
