Tirescanner (www.tirescanner.com) has announced exponential sales and customer growth of 400% in the quarter covering January, February and March.
Tirescanner says its success is due to mobile installation and “its obsessive approach to delivering excellent customer care.”
The company adds April and May are continuing the same sales trend through Q1.
Tirescanner has recently added more locations, and has invested in company expansion with the addition of three new senior figures to its ranks. Graeme Bissett, previously chairman at Welch’s previous tire business Blackcircles.com for 12 years, will advise the board on governance, finance and strategic matters. Mark Spence will take on the role of vice president of trading. Spence was the longest-serving employee at Blackcircles as employee number three. Rounding out the hires is David Patten, also formerly of Blackcircles. He will lead Tirescanner’s design and UX activities as vice president of design and UX.
