Tire Discounters to Offer On-the-Spot Interviews to Keep Pace with Rapid Growth

In response to a period of strong growth, Tire Discounters will be holding a "Walk-In-Wednesday" event to conduct on-the-spot interviews.

Tire Discounters, which is experiencing a major period of growth, will hold on open on-the-spot interviews at all of the company’s locations.

“Walk-In-Wednesday,” which will be held on Wednesday, Sept. 19, will allow prospective employees the opportunity to be interviewed on the spot for positions in the growing company.

Tire Discounters, a family-owned and operated tires and automotive services retailer, is one the fastest growing companies in the industry. The company is on track to open four stores in the next four months, rounding out the markets they are currently in, as well as expanding into new ones.

According to the company, benefits of working at Tire Discounters include:

  • Job Security – as more and more people hit the road, the number of vehicles out there continues to increase.  This is a service business that requires hands-on service work.  Your job won’t be sent overseas.
  • Advancement Opportunity – for those motivated to put forth the effort, work hard and learn the business.
  • High Demand Jobs – people trained in this field, especially service technicians, are in high demand.  Not as many people are entering the trade, leaving the automotive field prime for very promising and lucrative careers.

Tire Discounters employees have full benefits including: health, dental and vision insurance, weekly pay, five-day work week, no work Sundays, paid time off, paid holidays, 401k Retirement Savings plan with company match, disability insurance, life insurance, accident and critical care insurance, employee assistance program, wellness program, and more.

“We’re a growing business looking for motivated individuals who are willing to learn, are driven to succeed, and want to work hard. Don’t be intimidated if you don’t have automotive experience. Our on-the-job training program can help you quickly learn the automotive skills you need to move up and grow a career in automotive.” said Charles Curlee, vice president of retail sales.
