How much under-the-hood work does your shop do each year?
Tire Review readers are increasingly adding additional service work to their offerings. Based on our 2018 Tire Dealer Survey information, along with additional research from Babcox Media, below are details on the estimated number of service jobs performed by independently owned tire dealership locations across the United States in 2018.
Underhood Jobs Performed Annually
5.6 million vehicle battery replacements
4.1 million belt replacements
4.4 million vehicle tune ups (including spark plug replacement)
2.4 million starter/alternator replacements
