TIA Plans Webinar on Customer Service in Tire Industry

The Tire Industry Association (TIA), in partnership with LogMyCalls, plans to host a webinar at 2 p.m. EST on Wednesday, March 5, titled “Tire Industry: Why Do Customers Choose You.” The webinar, presented by McKay Allen, inbound marketing manager at LogMyCalls, will unveil new research about why and how customers make decisions about where to buy tires.
Specifically, the webinar will discuss the following:
• Why customers buy from your competition?
• Where tire businesses fall short in attracting business?
• Marketing and sales holes, and how to spot them
• Data and analytics from real tire retailers across North America
