TIA Hires New Director of Marketing and Communications

Tire Industry Association has named LeAnn Harley its new director of marketing and communications.

Tire Industry Association has named LeAnn Harley its new director of marketing and communications.

In her this position, Harley will lead strategic communications initiatives in the areas of membership outreach, public relations, event and program awareness, social media engagement, along with a focus on TIA’s overall online presence, the organization said.

Harley has more than 10 years of marketing and communications experience in both non-profit and for-profit industries.

“I am excited to join the Tire Industry Association, especially with its great reputation of making safety and education a main concern for all,” said Harley. “I look forward to working with the team while developing creative messaging to increase awareness and involvement.”

Harley received a Bachelor’s of Science in business administration with a concentration in marketing from Johnson C. Smith University in Charlotte, N.C.

“We are eager to have LeAnn bring her marketing expertise to the TIA team,” said Roy Littlefield, executive vice president of TIA. “With her innovative and creative approach to communications, we are sure she will become a great asset to the team.”
