Tholens Elevated to CFO at Amtel-Vredestein

(Akron/Tire Review) Vredestein Banden executive Antonius (Ton) Tholens has been promoted to CFO of Amtel-Vredestein N.V., replacing Victor Nekrassove.

Tholens also serves as a member of the company’s executive board.

“Ton is already one of our group’s most valued executives. We are delighted that he will now be at the financial helm of Amtel-Vredestein,” said Alexei Gurin, the tire company’s CEO.

Amtel-Vredestein also announced several other appointments. Karen Topchiyan has been appointed CFO of the company’s OJSC Amtel-Vredestein subsidiary. Sergei Bokhanov was named COO, and will take a seat on the executive board.
