TCS Technologies Partners with VIP Tires & Service

VIP Tires & Service locations will use TCS Technologies' TireWorks HD software and digital inspection application.

TCS Technologies is partnering with VIP Tires & Service. As a result, VIP’s 63 locations will use TCS’s business management software and digital inspection application.

“Our team at VIP Tires & Service spent almost three years researching a dozen different shop management systems, and none checked all the boxes for us until we saw TireWorks HD from TCS. TireWorks HD, with its service advisor feature and the live feed for customers, fits perfectly with our relentless pursuit of delivering an exceptional customer experience,” says Tim Winkeler, VIP’s president and CEO. “The fact that TCS TireWorks HD has built-in integrations not only to all auto parts and tire distributors, but also to Hunter Engineering alignment equipment and Bartec tire equipment, was more evidence to us that this was the right software package to help the teams at our 63 locations.”
