TBC Retail Group Announces Promotions and Restructuring

Orland Wolford, president and CEO of TBC Corp.’s Retail Group, made a number of personnel changes in the group, which includes TBC, Tire Kingdom, NTB, Merchants, Big O Tires, Private Brands, Treadways, and Carroll Tires.

Bill Ihnken, executive vice president and COO of TBC Retail Stores Group, and Kevin Kormondy, executive vice president and COO of Big O Tires, will continue to report to Wolford.

Greg Dieffenbach joins TBC Retail Group as vice president of human resources.

Mike Kinnen was promoted to vice president of operations for Big O Tires.

Bob Crostarosa was promoted to senior vice president of marketing for TBC Retail Group.

Charlie Zacharias was named senior vice president of real estate and distribution for TBC Retail Group.

James Rowe was promoted to senior vice president of purchasing/inventory control for TBC Retail Group.

Dave Moyer was named senior vice president of consumer affairs and regulatory compliance for TBC Retail Group.

Lynn Parker was promoted to senior vice president of purchasing for non-tire products for TBC Retail Group.

Greg Ortega was named vice president of retail marketing and merchandising for TBC Retail Group.
Frank Setteducate was promoted to senior director of financial planning and analysis for TBC Retail Group.

Finally, Pati Pressler was named director of training and organizational development for TBC Retail Group. (Tire Review/Akron)
