TBC Brands Rolling Out New Sumitomo Truck Tire at MATS

TBC Brands will unveil its newest Sumitomo branded tire – the ST719SE Regional Steer – during the Mid-America Trucking Show (MATS) from March 23-25 at the Kentucky Exposition Center in Louisville, Ky.

TBC Brands will unveil its newest Sumitomo branded tire – the ST719SE Regional Steer – during the Mid-America Trucking Show (MATS) from March 23-25 at the Kentucky Exposition Center in Louisville, Ky.

“We’re excited to unveil another great product development at MATS this year,” said Aaron C. Murphy, vice president of commercial truck tire sales. “The ST719SE is again a new product performing beyond our expectations and is a tribute to Sumitomo Rubber Industries’ proprietary 4D Nano technology advances. We expect to rollout more products in the near future.”

The new ST719SE follows the release of the new ST788SE and ST948SE tires introduced last month.

The ST719SE is a steer position, Smartway-verified tire specifically designed for local and regional operations that require superior mileage, durable casings and a lower cost per mile in their tire programs, TBC said.

Additionally, the ST719SE features wide shoulders that improve wear, reinforced sidewalls and stone ejectors to promote retreadability and 21/32nds of original tread depth for longer mileage.

Previously released Sumitomo and Sailun branded truck tires will also be on display at TBC’s Sumitomo and Sailun booth (#14200), and booth visitors will have the change to win a choice of premium Sumitomo or Sailun steer, drive or trailer tires through the Commercial Truck Tire Giveaway.
