TBC Corp. will acquire the tire inventory of Del-Nat, as well as certain other assets including the ownership of all Del-Nat brands and trademarks.
The acquisition of Del-Nat will enhance TBC’s distinction as one of the largest marketers of largest marketers of automotive replacement tires, the company said.
“The acquisition of Del-Nat’s inventory, brands and trademarks is good for TBC and it’s good for Del-Nat members, ” said Marty Krcelic, TBC executive vice president.
Del-Nat announced the sale to its stakeholders earlier this month. The company cited impending duties as part of the reason for its sale.
