
Craig Tate of Tate Boys Tire Service was in the Hennessy Industries/Coats booth to receive a check for $2,500 in recognition of the shop’s selection as the 2018 Tire Review Top Shop, sponsored by Coats.
Tate was joined by Tire Review publisher Dean Martin, Tire Review editor Patti Hoying and Hennessy Vice President of Marketing Don Vanderheyden. Tate Boys, which has built success on the idea of turning shop operations into an efficient “playbook,” was selected as the 2018 winner, along with finalists Eagle Tire Pros, Tire Source and Courtesy Auto & Service of Tacoma.
Coats has served as the presenting sponsor of the Top Shop program since its inception in 2006.
