Best-One of Indy will acquire Best-One Tire & Auto Care of Richmond from owners Roger and Aurelia Clark, who will retire and pass along the business.
As part of the deal to purchase Plaza Tire Service, its owners Mark Rhodes and Scott Rhodes have invested substantially in Sun Auto Tire & Service, the company said.
This marks the third acquisition for Telle Tire in 2021, which now has 10 locations in the Greater St. Louis Area and a total of 19 locations throughout the state of Missouri.
