Stamford tire executives worked in conjunction with Tarbet Technology Group Inc. of Charlotte, N.C. to develop the site, located at www.stamford-tires.com. The site showcases both Stamford’s alloy wheels and its tire brands.
Soon, Stamford’s business partners will be able to perform secure online business functions on a newly named Web portal called Tyre Link, located at www.tyrelink.com, the company said.
Services to be available include: ordering tires and wheels; checking real-time inventory availability; tracking orders; obtaining product services and marketing information; entering online claims; printing invoices; viewing promotional specials; accessing warranty information; and more.
“As a tire & wheel retailer, I find it essential that my manufacturers and distributors have web based tools like Stamford’s new website for our ease of doing business with them,” commented Steve Case, vice president of Case Tire & Automotive in North Carolina.
“My retail customers can utilize these sites for valuable consumer information, and I perform online operations like searching for inventory or tracking my shipments anytime day or night.”
