At the beginning of the second quarter, the manufacturer will launch giant OTR products in enormous 2700R49, 4000R57, 3300R51, 45/65R45 and 35/65R33 sizes. Company representatives told Tyres & Accessories that the company focuses on building long-term partnerships, especially in the OTR segment. As a result Shandong Taishan now has stable cooperative relations with the clients from Canada, South Africa, Mexico, Greece and Australia.
Located at the foot of Shandong’s famous Mount Tai, Shandong Taishan Tyre Co. was founded in 1970 and was then known as Shandong Taishan Tyre Factory. What was then a professional tyre enterprise of the former Chemical Industry Ministry of China, is now a private company producing Taishan and Kaima branded tyres. The main production output covers giant OTR tyres, agricultural tyres, truck tyres (including mine trucks) and industrial tyres in literally hundreds of sizes and specifications.
During the last three decades, the corporation has made “first quality” and “first service” its motto. In practical terms this means an ongoing modernization program that includes technology change and expansion and the introduction of new technology. Shandong Taishan has passed ISO9001 quality system certification, and also holds the Chinese “3C” product quality certification, American standard DOT certification, European standard ECE certification, Saudi Arabian standard GCC certification and ISO14001 environment system certifications.
