Roy’s Autoworks Wins Federated Shop of the Year

This year, Roy’s Autoworks was a stand out. The entire staff is committed to serving their customers and the community, and the professional technicians are continually improving their areas of expertise through in-depth training. This dedication to quality has made Roy’s one of the most respected shops in Michigan.”

Roy Caverly, an ASE Master Technician, has owned Roy’s Autoworks for eight years. Among the company’s 14 employees are five ASE Master Techs and two ASE-certified technicians. Of the three full-time service advisors, two also hold ASE certifications. In addition, Roy’s also has two L1 advanced engine performance specialists. Roy’s Autoworks has also earned the ASE Blue Seal of Excellence.

Each year, the Federated Shop of the Year program recognizes a top shop whose owners have a demonstrated track record of excellence in such areas as customer service, quality repairs, knowledgeable staff and community involvement, the company said.
