Pirelli is promoting its latest products at SEMA 2018 — this time with a musical note.
The company’s ultra-high performance P Zero tire is the star in its outdoor display this year with the tire being showcased on Brantley Gilbert’s Ford F-150 in the Ford booth. A Dodge Demon by Speedkore, a 1200 hp carbon fiber bodied custom build owned by Big Machine Label Group President and CEO Scott Borchetta, will be displayed in the Pirelli booth #62121.
Continuing the theme of music and horsepower, Pirelli new F1 tire inspired IXOOST speakers will be on site playing a soundtrack of Big Machine Records’ artists, an independent American record label for country and pop stars like Taylor Swift and Brantley Gilbert.
Pirelli’s tires will be on display at its two booths, showcasing the company’s prestige line-up, as well as its dedicated “plus” line tire family developed specifically for North America.
Pirelli’s booth inside the Las Vegas Convention Center (#40078 – South Lower Hall) will feature the Scorpion All Terrain Plus tire most recently launched for SUVs and pick-up trucks, plus the Scorpion Verde All Season Plus, P Zero All Season Plus and Cinturato P7 All Season Plus. These tires are all part of Pirelli’s Plus line tire family, which were designed with North American drivers in mind, Pirelli says.
Outside, Pirelli’s booth (#62121 – Outside South Hall) will showcase its P Zero tire applications on three vehicles: the Karma Revero in Balboa Blue (sporting P Zero265/35R22, 285/40R22), the 1964 Porsche 365 “Emory Special” (with the P Zero Rosso) by Rod Emory and the new Dodge Demon (equipped with Pirelli P Zero Corsa 315/30 ZR20 tires front and rear).
“We look forward to maintaining our long-standing presence at the SEMA show this year and to showcase both the relevance and dynamism of the Pirelli offering for North American consumers,”said Marco Crola, CEO and chairman of Pirelli Tire North America. “This spans our Plus line family, particularly the Scorpion All Terrain Plus that’s performing well thanks to our local market R&D– and our highest performance tires, the P Zero, which is shown here in various applications – from a track-ready Dodge Demon on P Zero Corsas to a vintage 1964 “Emory Special” Porsche and the sustainably minded luxury Karma Revero. We’re committed to this market and continuing to tailor our renowned high value product lines to meet the needs of our partners and consumers here.”
Pirelli’s outside booth activity also includes an autograph signing session by industry favorite Chip Foose on Friday from 12:30-3 p.m.
