Tom Gravalos, vice president of marketing, motorsports and OE for Pirelli Tire North America, was selected by the Georgia Chamber of Commerce to represent Pirelli on one of its organization’s policy committees for 2010.
“These state-wide policy committees are focused on issues critical to our state’s economic health,” said George Israel, president and CEO of the Georgia Chamber. “These are the people who do the research and ask the right questions so that we can develop and advocate positions that will ultimately help Georgia business.”
Committees such as Georgia Business and Industry Development; Tourism; International Relations; Transportation; Law and Judiciary; Healthcare; Environment and Energy; Education and Workforce; and Tax the committee on which Gravalos serves all work together to create work-able solution to today’s challenging problems, Israel said.
Joining Gravalos on the 2010 Georgia Chamber Tax Committee are fellow committee members Coca Cola, Georgia Power, CSX Transportation, Turner Broadcasting, and others.
