Anti-Dumping Duties Set for Certain Hangzhou Zhongce OTR Tires
The U.S. Commerce Department’s International Trade Administration has ordered antidumping duties of 112.47% against OTR tires manufactured by Hangzhou Zhongce Rubber Co.
