Omni United Expands Radar Line with AS Tire

Dimax-AS8Omni United’s Radar Tires brand has launched a new all-season tire – the Dimax AS 8.

The premium all-season touring tire is styled after the Radar Dimax R8+ and is designed for high performance cars and SUVs.

The Dimax AS 8 features an asymmetric tread pattern with large lateral grooves to provide traction and even wear. Additionally, the tire’s optimized tread compound technology offers good mileage and performance, and lateral sipes offer enhanced traction in snow and slush conditions, Omni said.

The Dimax AS 8 will be available in 79 sizes, in wheel sizes 16 to 24 inches. Currently, 30 sizes are available and 27 additional sizes are planned for Q3 and 22 sizes in Q4. The tire has a UTQG rating of up to 600 AA and is backed by a 50,000 to 60,000 mile warranty.
