Nexen Tire ranked first in the tire category of the “Global Customer Satisfaction Competency Index (GCSI) 2016.” This is the seventh consecutive year, the tiremaker has topped the list.
The GCSI is an evaluation system of customer satisfaction that was developed by Global Management Association (GLOMA) under South Korea’s Ministry of Trade, Industry, and Energy. This year 101,000 Korean residents were surveyed for their opinions on 183 different products and services, Nexen said.
“It is an honor to be recognized for the efforts the company has made in trying to provide the highest quality products possible through strict quality assurance and to respond to customer’s needs by one-step-ahead product development,” Nexen said.
Nexen also ranked 4th in the passenger car segment of the “2016 J.D. Power Original Equipment Tire Customer Satisfaction Study.”
