Bethlehem, Pa.-based Service Tire Truck Centers (STTC) has acquired Tire Supply Solutions, located in Bronx, New York.

With the acquisition, STTC will be able to better service the New York Tire State market with a full line of products and services, the company said.

“STTC continues to evolve to better meet our customers’ demands and provide opportunities for our employees through the company’s growth,” said Walt Dealtrey, chairman of STTC.

Tire Supply Solutions has been servicing the Bronx area for more than 7 years, and with the acquisition, Tire Supply Solutions owner Stephen Picciochi will join the STTC team. Picciochi brings more than 47 years of experience in the tire industry to STTC.

STTC has also relocated Leo DaSilva, former operations manager from the Avenel, N.J., branch, to serve as branch manager at the Bronx location.

STTC has been is business for 60 years and has grown to more than 40 locations in 8 states. STTC recently acquired New Jersey-based All Time Tire in January.
