Specifically designed for regional P&D applications, the RLB490 has an original tread depth of 19/32nds or 22/32nds (depending on the size), and features large grooves and sipes for traction, water dispersion and even wear; wide shoulders for maneuverability and an even footprint pressure; and a special tread compound to combat scrub and irregular wear, CMA said.
The RLB490 comes with Double Coin’s two guaranteed retread and 50% free replacement warranties, and is now available in sizes 225/70R19.5 and 245/70R19.5 with the 19/32nds tread depth, and 265/70R19.5, 255/70R22.5 and 275/70R22.5 in the 22/32nds depth. (Tire Review/Akron)
