New Regional P&D Tire from CMA

CMA LLC has added the Double Coin RLB490, a low-profile regional drive tire, to its truck tire line-up.

Specifically designed for regional P&D applications, the RLB490 has an original tread depth of 19/32nds or 22/32nds (depending on the size), and features large grooves and sipes for traction, water dispersion and even wear; wide shoulders for maneuverability and an even footprint pressure; and a special tread compound to combat scrub and irregular wear, CMA said.

The RLB490 comes with Double Coin’s two guaranteed retread and 50% free replacement warranties, and is now available in sizes 225/70R19.5 and 245/70R19.5 with the 19/32nds tread depth, and 265/70R19.5, 255/70R22.5 and 275/70R22.5 in the 22/32nds depth. (Tire Review/Akron)

Auto Care Association Adds Dir. of Web & Digital Experience

Kyle Hardy will lead and execute the strategy for the association’s digital member experience.

The Auto Care Association announced Kyle Hardy as its new director of web and digital experience. Hardy will lead and execute the strategy for the association’s digital member experience, including the website, content library and other web-based platforms utilized by its members.

Hardy is a digital strategist with a background in communication who has specialized in UX design and product development for the last several years. “I'm so excited to support the digital landscape of the Auto Care Association to ensure our members have an unbeatable experience and easy access to necessary resources,” said Hardy.
