N.C. Dealer Revs Up Open House Plans

(Akron/Tire Review) BTS Tire & Wheel Distributors plans to hold its fifth annual open house on Mar. 4 at its distribution facility in Whiteville, N.C.

The event will include a variety of activities, including a mini trade show featuring various tire and equipment manufacturers, tire auctions, prize giveaways, several contests, and demonstrations of the company’s new online training program.

“This year, we decided to extend our activities a little longer to allow people from our outside areas time to take advantage of the activities,” said Ricky Benton II, BTS’ vice president of sales and marketing. “A lot of our customers are open on Saturday mornings, and this will give everyone time to come in after work and be a part of our special day. We will have something going on all day."

Benton said BTS will have its computer techs on site to demonstrate its new one-on-one Tireweb training program (www.bts.tireweb.com).
