To continue the celebration of the 20th anniversary of the Mitchell 1 shop management solution, the company has released an e-booklet featuring 20 product tips for the Manager SE shop management software.
The “Top 20 Tips for Manager SE” booklet features automotive shop owners, managers and professional technicians discussing situations where they used the Manager SE shop management system. Topics cover everything from correcting customer payments to preserving vehicle repair history when a customer sells his or her vehicle.
