Mitchell 1 has released a series of new training videos for its auto repair shop management system. 
“These videos are designed to help our users get the most value from the powerful features in Manager SE to energize their business, increase profit and boost productivity,” said Tim McDonnell, national training manager for Mitchell 1. “Delivering these videos via the Internet makes it easy for users to access them any time and from any device – computer, tablet or phone. This ensures they always have the latest training to go with our dynamic shop management system.”
The videos, from 1 to 3 minutes in length, cover a range of topics including set up and configuration; work-in-progress; order, revision and history screens; the scheduling tool; and inventory, purchase orders and reports.
Each video playlist includes a 20-question quiz to test the users knowledge. A certificate of completion may be printed once the user passes all five quizzes with an 85% or higher.
