Michael S. Steele, former chairman of the Republican National Committee, will give the keynote address at the Tire Industry Honors Awards Ceremony at Caesars Palace Las Vegas on Nov. 3 at 6 p.m.
“We are truly honored to have Michael Steele with us for this event especially since it takes place the night before the election. As one of the most well-known political analysts today, we are in for a real treat,” said TIA Executive Vice President Roy Littlefield.
When he was elected Lt. Governor of Maryland in 2003, Steele made history as the first African American elected to statewide office; and again with his subsequent chairmanship of the Republican National Committee in 2009. Currently, Steele is a political analyst for MSNBC, a contributor for Fox News and a regular host of the Salem Radio Network’s Morning In America show.
Congressman J. Dennis Hastert, who was initially scheduled to give the keynote address for the Tire Industry Honors Awards Ceremony, will no longer be able to attend due to a last-minute change in his schedule.
