Dan Sceli, president and CEO of Peterson Spring Corp., and Jim Spencer, senior vice president of Delphi Automotive and president of Delphi Electric and Electronic Sector, have been appointed to the board of directors of the Motor & Equipment Manufacturers Association (MEMA) for 2013.
MEMA board officers for 2013 are: chairman Joseph McAleese, president and CEO of Bendix Commercial Vehicle Systems; vice chairman John Corey, president and CEO of Stoneridge; vice chairman Doug Grimm, chairman, president and CEO of Grede Holdings.
Other board of directors members are: Jeff Brekke, president of North American Aftermarket for Gates Corp.; Michael Cardone Jr., chairman of Cardone Industries; Pat Cavanagh, president and CEO of Williams Controls; Charley Johnson, partner, BC Partners; Bill Kozyra, chairman, CEO and president, TI Automotive; Terry McCormack, CEO, president and director, Affinia Group; Jim Orchard, CEO, Dayco Products; Jack Shaffer, president and CEO, Bergstrom; and Tom Ward, senior vice president of Snap-on and president of Repair Systems and Information Group, Snap-on Inc.
Bob McKenna, president and CEO of MEMA, also serves as an officer and member of the MEMA executive committee.
