LWG Acquires Big O Colorado Springs Location

This is LWG’s third location in the Colorado Springs market within the last 12 months.

Leeds West Groups (LWG) announced that they have officially acquired the Big O Tires location in Colorado Springs at 5820 Omaha Blvd, Colorado Springs, Colorado 80915. LWG assumed operations and ownership effective Aug. 1.

This is LWG’s third location in the Colorado Springs market within the last 12 months. This acquisition now marks the group’s 20th location in the state of Colorado and 32nd Big O Tires store.

LWG is a management platform that is capitalized by Family Office funds that acquires, owns and manages national automotive repair franchise brands that include Big o Tires, Midas and Speedee Oil. Its new Colorado Springs Big O Tires store marks the 114th location across all three brands nationally.

LWG says the location was purchased from Mike Underwood and Colorado Automotive Services, Inc. According to the company, the purchase price and deal terms are not being disclosed at this time.
