Lex Brodie’s Launches Customer Reward Program

lex-brodies-logoTwo-time Tire Review Top Shop Award finalist Lex Brodie’s Tire Co. introduced a customer reward program, thanking loyal customers for their purchases.

The program, created by Lift & Shift, employs a multi-currency format that allows customers to choose from a selection of popular reward currencies, including travel miles, gift card points or Caveman Points, Lex Brodie’s own in-house reward currency.

“We wanted a program that would work to reward our existing customers and get them to be even more loyal to us,” said Scott Williams, executive director of Lex Brodie’s Tire Co.’s Oahu, Hawaii, location. “We’re always trying to attract new customers to our locations as well, and Lift & Shift’s program format will help us to do both.”

Lex Brodie’s can offer its customers access to reward programs through the Lift & Shift platform, including reward programs such as American Airlines AAdvantage, Holiday Inn’s Priority Club, US Airways Dividend Miles and Hawaiian Airlines Hawaiian Miles, among others. Customers can also take advantage of Lift & Shift’s Gift Card Points, a program that allows Lex Brodie’s customers to earn points they can redeem for a variety of popular retail gift cards.
